Very nice as expected. Does the belly pan make you 1/20th a member of the black brigade?
And cool rear disc. ;D

What exactly were those mirrors off? Custom job I did. I used some aftermarket units with nice mirror heads and adapted them to fit the Honda bases. I had to run the indicator wires internally and modify the stalks to match the size of the Honda rubber boot. The mirrors are the most asked about part on my bike. I have had many questions about them. And they were one of the hardest jobs I did. Nasty!!!!!!! Maybe I should update this thread with the newer photos I have from Rapid.

Two aspects to the dash, surround and guages. Ther surround was easy enough, I just painted it.
Getting the gauges the same colour was expensive, as it was done by an instrument tech. Special paint, and they need to be done carefully to ensure they are still calibrated properly when re-assembled. Cost about $400 from memory.

Nothing special guys, just used auto paint. Careful masking and use of wax and grease remover, and then I applied the paint direct to the plastic.
I use a lot of brake caliper paint, and in the case of the dash I sed VHT wrinkle finish engine paint. These paints don't need a primer.

hi Shayne, where did you get those wheels? They were custom made in the US. They turned up with no spacers, and the brake rotors would not fit. Company went bust while I was waiting for them, so lucky to get them at all. I had to have the other parts made to get them to fit. Not cheap...........

Shayne how much time did you spend polishing the whole exhaust system...and what the heck did you use?

I did not polish actually, not at that stage. The Staintune mufflers were schmick when I got them, and the pipe work back to the collector was polished by the place that made them. The engine pipes back to the collector are Ti, and have been ceramic coated.
