I do two 12 hour days, then one 12 hour night and then one 7 hour night (usually 6 but don't tell anyone) and then have 4 days off, then start all over again. Love it!

I do 1 x 12 hour day then 2 x 12 hour nights followed by 4 days off - then 2 x 12 hour days then 1 x 12 hour night followed by 5 days off and so the cycle continues...

damm .. i think i got the worst deal of the lot .. 2 12 hr days and 2 12 hr nights and then 4 days off .... but then have been stacking the o/t lately to get some pocket money for Walcha ohhhhh and its 1.39am and the next 5.5 hrs are going to be dammed long lol

I used to do that shift Malone, too much weekend work. The one Im on now I only do 50% of the week ends and half is days and half is nights, also I never finish on a Friday night. Much better.

Malone, I work for an oil company in thier fuel terminal, where the fuel goes from the refinerys before it goes to the servo's. At my last job I did the same shifts as you, but 5-5 for 13 years, you just get used to it hey, and it becomes normal. Last night tonight, then 5 off. SS
