Well, I didn't think the day would come but the VTR is gone . With a tear in the eye the steed that has brought me much joy and many friendships has departed my residence. The past 7 years have been a journey of cuts and scrapes (cuts for me and scrapes for the bike) but not once did she let me down. I hope the new owner will treat her with the same respect I did (flog the crap out of it), and as the new owner is a current member who shall remain nameless and licenceless for another few months, I have no doubt (based on past history) that the poor thing will have more scrapes in its future (hope not ). I am sure I will see the old girl on future rides and the new owner will treat her with the respect she deserves . ROLL ON. Pitto.

It's me (would loved to have a happy face here, but can't find it on my phone) Started putting all the road gear on, before I had to come to Melbourne. Very, very happy to have a bike in the shed again!! Crap I had to come to Melbourne for work! But she is sitting there waiting for a number plate, which will be sooner than later!!!! At least I can take her for a run to work, when I can.

Well, to answer a couple of questions I replaced the vtr with a FZ1s about 14 months ago. Yes Larry I will be at Walcha, just got back from a weekend up there with Matt and I have to report that the road was in excellent condition. Thunderbolts was as crap as always probably the worst I've seen it, I don't think Matt will be there as he will be overseas. Look forward to catching up with everyone again. Maybe this year the rain will stay away. Pitto.
