Has anyone installed a keyless ignition system to get rid of the ignition barrel? If so is there any issues with the HISS system?

Went on the street fighter ride last week in cooma. And a guy there had a sweet R1 fighter with a keyless ignition. All he used was a wrist band, very cool. The only problem I can see, is that the bikes that I've seen, With this system were all fuel injected.

Could you not pull the key apart and find the chip in it? Then you could do as you please? Or is there voltage at the barrel to power the chip in the key? If there is, would you not just match the voltage? You could have it anywhere you wanted. Glove, helmet, jacket (If you always wear the same) and even in you wallet. You work it out and let me know.

When I first got my Storm it had an alarm with remote that included remote start. Once the Storm had been warmed up it would start straight away with the remote, but first cold start always needed full choke and keystart. I had to take it off because the alarm started malfunctioning and the easisest fix was to rip the whole lot out.
