I have fitted mesh in the front fairing vents and over the running light. Am debating whether to do the radiators. I also need to make a mesh filler up for the gap between my hugger and swinger. Opinions please!!!

On the vents I used a strong clear glue. I moulded the mesh to fit and simply applied a bead of glue to the inside of the fairing and let it set.
For the running light I moulded the mesh over it and the screws on the light hold it on.
A bit fiddly however I like the look.

A bit fiddly however I like the look. So do I. Could be a winter job for me.

Ken this looks great. I have all my mesh panels cut to size and I am now waiting for the next time I need to take off the fairings to install. I have the Rad panels and air vent panel but didnt even think of the light....

Haven't got around to the radiators yet, mesh is sitting there for a rainy day!
I really like the look of meshed vents in the rear side panels as well, but can't bring myself to hack and cut my pristine panels.

Haha I'm the same mate....I will fill the holes that are there but when it comes to cutting perfect panels, well that's a different story

I've got an old rear panel that is realy bad.
I might use that as a template and cut it to see what it would look like with the mesh fitted.
So much to do and not enough time.
Will eventually get round to it!
Anyone on here have pics of Storms with mesh in the rear seat panel?

They have been moulded like that though....I don't think it would look the same if just cut and meshed....

Yep, the thought of hacking into my pristine panels is bugging me.
Eventually get around to this but will hack the crappy one first.
Once I get a dremel in my hand I have been known to go a bit physco!
