Looks like there will be a change of tyre manufacturers in the Moto Gp 2016.
Michelin will be suppling tyres to the Moto GP riders.

Bridgestone couldn't hack it @ PI on the new surface. I'm hoping they do a decent job this year, & if not, will Michelin have an answer to the tyre eating track..?

Yep Bridgestone sure were caught with their pants down last year. I was there as a marshall and it was a farce. Moto2 had the same issue but not as bad. B-stone made too many assumptions and didn't do any testing prior to the race. They won't make that mistake again. They have the data now from last year and they have also done pre-season testing at Phillip Island before Qatar.
I really hope the re-introduction of Michelin is successful. The reason most riders preferred the bridgestones was that the michelins gave them bugger all front end feel. Thats why Casey had some huge stacks in his first year on the Satellite Honda.
