I've got my tank to the point of paint or vinyl wrap.
Have one of you got a ballpark $$$ what getting my tank painted back to original satin black would be? I've practiced the vinyl with some carbon fibre look 3m stuff i had but it was a narrow roll so joins look terrible but served the purpose of what it'd look like. Wrapping is quoted at $200- cash so keen to know thr difference befoee i decide

What about spraying it yourself with Plasti-dip ? Comes in spray cans , peels off in one sheet like plastic if you dont like it. Relatively cheap too.

Done, could maybe have taken another light coat of clear so if next weekend is sunny i might do that. Ended up with DeBeers bero base 500 HON278 colour with a satin clear. Bought a spray gun from sca for $95-, hired a compressor from bunnings, my 50L would've been ok. All up about $250-
