Increase Most Recent Posts count ??

Greetings oh Admin peeps,

Is it possible to increase the Most Recent Posts count to say 30 or 40 ? I find I use this all the time to keep track but this site is so active lately that you often need to go back further than 20 posts in between logging in so as not to miss anything !!
