Yeah, I found the "30 latest posts" thing, but the trouble is it doesn't show the latest posts in the context of the thread that they were in originally so it's virtually useless. There needs to be a button that shows "Posts since last visit" with the threads included. I'm sure the software could be configured to do that. Also, having a flag that a thread is changed and you see it each time you log on isn't much good if you stay logged on all the time!!
Sorry to be picky.

Just tap on the F5 button every so often and the screen will refresh

OZFS is a Proboards driven forum.....so I am locked in to what the Proboards team will let me have. I have found a few hacks here and there and am always on the lookout for more. Try refreshing your browser if you are logged in all the time..or pres the F5 button on your keyboard. I understand the the BBS software that drives other forums in more flexible but it is also self hosted..........Proboard host OZFS free of charge. I have looked at the self hosting build it yourself idea but as as we are already three years old and have mountains of info that would be lost if i were to change over I am reluctant to say the least to change the way things are working. If you would like to log into www.proboards.com and go to the support forum.......register and go hunting for what ails you I am more than open to suggestions.
