Ok guys. With the site firing on all of it's two glorious cylinders it's time to bring in more people. My solution is to hit the GP hard!!!! What I propose is to get some cards printed, a business card style, with the logo, address, and very brief description of our site. Two problems. Very short on time, I don't have the expertise to use the on line services available. For those you need to design your own, send them the file in PDF or something, then they print and send! So, does anyone know of a mate or someone that can help us out? Just think this would be a great way to get the word out. I am MORE than happy to wander around putting a card on every single VTR1000 I come across, just need something to put on them.

I have someone, possibly, to do the cards although I am happy to go through whoever. Just want the things done. It doesn't have to be anything fancy. Just the logo, the address and some text stating the fact that it's a Firestorm owners forum. Simple hey. If you could send me the file for the logo that would be great. Will see what I can come up with. Don't know quite what's involved so I don't know how long it will take. Hope to have the cards ready for the GP. Stew...

No problem guys. I've just mocked something up. Would you like me to email it to you? - Do you have photoshop?
- Do you have broadband?
You'll probably need both of these to recieve and edit the file. failing that I could put up a preview for you to check out on my website.

My vote is for #1, but it might be cheaper (i think there is a different printing rate for less colours) to get #2 printed up. Also, i quite like the "There's a strom gathering at slogan. It's catchy and says pretty much everything we need to.

Ok, cards are on the way. I will have them for the GP and will be sticking them to VTRs left right and centre. Unfortunately due to time restraints I could not get them done in colour. Sorry. I wanted to get colour but the only affordable way was to order on line and I just couldn't get the order in on time. I could have taken a risk but the last thing I wanted was to receive them the monday after the race, so I have had to use a local printer that is more exy. So, I had a choice, colour, which would have cost a bomb, or two tone. They still look pretty good, just not what I was hoping for. The info is there on the cards so hopefully people will log on and join in. Again, sorry that we didn't get what we wanted but next time hopefully I will get more time. Thanx to Sean for the file, the guy at the shop just looked at it and said, "cool, I don't need to do a thing!" Ta mate.
