No they aint cheap but god dammit they're good. Got them on the black beauty and had them on the yellow terra as well. Got Jeffreys to fit mine before I picked it up. I wasn't gonna stuff around with it. Did all that when I was young and could be bothered. If you feel like the brakes are a little spongy or that they fade after heavy use then this is your solution!!!

That is the reasoning for it. Plus, if i decide to get ballsy about my riding and start sticking it into corners, i wanna know that I will be able to stop if I don't think i can tip it in

The braided lines I have are also clear plastic coated. They look great but I have no idea what they cost as they were on the bike when I bought it. Functionality-wise, they seem to keep constant pressure when the brakes are applied. More so than the 'Blade with the standard rubber hoses.

Confidence in the brakes, no worries. Confidence in the tyres and road surface keeping contact? A whole different matter

Diablo's stick to anything only ever locked the front once on cold tyres at about 80kmh being dumb with some mates (so my fault not the tyre or the brake feel) as soon as let go of the brake perfect grip again (and a warm tyre well in 1 spot anyway)
