Hi Guys.
In trying to find out who is in SA. I am finding it very difficult and time consuming as I am not aware of any other way than going through members one at a time to identify their state of residence.
Is it possible to get the members state identified in the members section same as posts and user name etc rather than having to go to each profile. This would assist identifying names for a group PM etc.
Want to organize another SA ride for members and thought we might get a better response with PM's rather than hoping everyone reads a post.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Cheers bigfella

Thanks alpal, I have checked that out but it only tells the number of members in each state.
I was wondering if the "members listing" can also show the state of residence of each member username same as "name", "posts" etc

The only way I could see it work is if we use the website field to put our state in there. That way you could then sort the members list by state. Still requires everyone to update their profile though.

might be worth a try - most regulars probably won't mind updating if it only takes a few secs. Would be handy to know

Maybe, run a query on the "location" field.

Thanks for all the comments guys.
FYI thanks to Knightrider who has provided me with the SA members to date so I will keep that and update for SA rides etc.
I am sure that further feedback from members may also give admin an idea of the thought process for potential improvements in due course.
Cheers

That would be great and I suspect save admin a lot of scrounging for request such as mine as well.

Now that would be cool, but sadly I've just discovered that you can't sort by website. Stupid ProBoards!

Looking at the Members section. Is it possible to have the state picked up in the "Extras" section for example as this obviously picks up various fields.
While a "sort by State" would be good just beeing able to see the state in one of the existing fields would be fine.
