Looks heaps better. Perhaps a little high at the the back IMHO. Is that the Exhaust you will be using?

I think it looks better too. By the way. That first picture needs an adult content warning

Height wise it is lower than a cbr1000rr but not as flat Exhaust ? for the time being I will use the remus pipes. I dont think they look too bad. Next winter project will be going under seat exhaust similar to the "THINGS" exhaust, hopefully Baby steps at the moment

Lots better. Final position will depend upon exhaust I think. You have to leave enough room for that.

You have nailed it this time erno, looks the goods.
However I must mention that the second pic is the one that requires the adult content warning, a "pussy and modified tail" what are the moderators thinking?

You all have dirty minds. And I laughed out loud.
If you are gonna mess with the Swingarm you could do what I did and run the pipe up the inside. 18 months later and mine is still in 1 piece!
OR you could put a VFR750 Single Side jobbie on it . . .

OR you could put a VFR750 Single Side jobbie on it . . . FYI It has to be an 800, the 750 doesn't fit.

Looks great, you could consider a CBR 1000 swing arm? One of the other mod bikes on here had one, looks pretty awesome on..

Ok guys finally finished Had to cut 55mm from centre of subframe to shorten tail Then lengthen btm rail to match vtr frame Because I shorten the subframe the plastic undertray did not work ,so made one up in alloy. Also a new battery box was required Now the fun bit, trying to fit all the electrics, and ohlin resevoir, and battery under the seat Decided to make up some exhaust hangers Didnt like them so cut out the centres, and chromed them This is my storm before And after And also have a carbon tail,so I can swap anytime Any comments good or bad is fine This is no show bike,I just wanted a sharper tail, to lift the rear end of the storm. Would of like to get higher pipes but cost was a issue. Next mod is the sp1 front end,but thats next year cheers guys

Very nice mate. My one concern would be that the seat looks a bit flat.
